Absolutely horrendous customer service by club owner (who is completely arrogant and self centered) and the person organizing tournaments. I was suppose to have a tournament here today and the organizer failed to communicate the time change to me. So I wasted 40 euros in taxis to arrive here for a tournament that took place at 1030 instead of 15hr as per their poster. Overall general lack of responsiveness to messages and poor attention to detail. What is worse is they won't even take accountability for their mistakes and claim they communicated the time change to me when they didn't. It affected 2 other people as well. It is the worst professionalism I have ever seen in a padel club. I would not recommend giving this club any business because they do not care about their clients. Have a look at other reviews and you will see similar experiences by other people. Please find another padel club to play at you will be treated better I promise.

The best thing about this facility is the coach. It's incredibly hot, and the fans are practically useless. But the worst thing is that in a facility that should be promoting sports, people are smoking by the small window you pass through the lobby, and you have to breathe in all the smoke. This has happened several times now. I don't think it's very ethical or sportsmanlike.
