It's not overcrowded or overloaded with rooms, and that's precisely part of its charm: you train in plenty of natural light thanks to the large windows that surround almost the entire center, making the experience much more pleasant. They also have an outdoor area equipped with machines for those who prefer to train in the fresh air. The atmosphere is truly great, but without a doubt, the best thing is the staff. They are friendly, professional, and create a very positive vibe. The group classes are very well planned, and you can tell they put their heart into them. Personally, I highly recommend the Pilates classes with Lucía and Judith, which are fantastic. They also offer small group options, which is much appreciated if you're looking for something more personalized.

We recently celebrated a family meal for 32 people at Aurial Mas Sedó, having reserved a private room, and the truth is, the experience was excellent from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, the service was very friendly: the staff were incredibly kind and willing to attend to any detail we requested. The private room was well-appointed, pleasant, and spacious enough for everyone. The food was very good: the dishes, delicious and beautifully presented, met our expectations in both flavor and quality, and the timing was perfect, without any long waits that interrupted our conversation. All the diners were satisfied. And to top it all off, after the meal we went to the chill-out area for coffee, a relaxed space in the outdoor garden. The atmosphere was pleasant, with good weather and music. It became the perfect moment to end the meal in a relaxed setting where the children could play in the area. Highly recommended! Furthermore, the complex's location, views, and outdoor amenities—paddle tennis courts, a swimming pool, and gardens—are a major plus. It's not just a place for sports or training, but also ideal for family gatherings, special events, or group meals. In short: Aurial Mas Sedó offered high-quality service, both in terms of food and facilities, creating a very positive experience for everyone.
