Unfortunately, what should have been a fun introduction to padel turned into an uncomfortable and disrespectful experience. The coach's teaching methods were completely unacceptable. Rather than demonstrating patience with a beginner, he resorted to screaming and using a condescending tone that would be inappropriate even with children, let alone with adult clients. As someone with advanced education and professional experience, I understand the value of constructive feedback and proper instruction - this was neither. Padel is meant to be an enjoyable recreational sport, yet the atmosphere created by this coach was hostile and demeaning. His behavior showed a complete lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills. A good coach should inspire confidence and enthusiasm, not humiliate their students. For a club that charges for professional coaching services, this level of disrespect is inexcusable. I expected patient, encouraging instruction appropriate for adult beginners, not to be treated like a child being scolded. I cannot recommend this club to anyone looking to learn padel in a respectful, supportive environment. The coaching staff needs serious training in professionalism and appropriate teaching methods for adult recreational learners. ### Update #### The club's response to my review confirms everything I wrote about their lack of professionalism. After paying €30/hour for three sessions and then stopping, not once did management contact me to ask for feedback or check if I was satisfied with the service. This is basic customer service 101 - when a paying client suddenly stops attending, a professional business reaches out. Their silence spoke volumes. Instead of acknowledging their coach's problematic methods that push clients away, they chose to defend the behavior and blame me for "attending all three sessions." Here's a reality check: clients paying €30/hour expect professional coaching that motivates them, not treatment that drives them away. The clients pay your bills, not the coach's ego. A professional coach should inspire beginners to fall in love with the sport through patience and proper instruction, not drive them away through disrespectful behavior. If your coaching service can't retain paying clients, perhaps it shouldn't be offered at all. Their defensive Google response (their first reply to ANY review ever, notably) rather than a genuine attempt at resolution proves this club prioritizes reputation management over actual service quality. To potential clients: consider whether you want to spend €30/hour at a facility where management ignores feedback and defends unprofessional behavior instead of addressing it.

Sent them a message that I was in the neighborhood and wanted to play, and they set me up with 3 locals for a fun match. Super easy to deal with, decent courts, friendly and helpful staff and a lively atmosphere. Too bad I didn't manage to squeeze in more than one match during my holiday. I Can definitely recommend!

I messaged the club and got a great game exactly my level. The communication via WhatsApp was fantastic before I even visited the club and was offered many different matches, a competition… and even when I had a match cancelled at another club at 7:30pm they managed to squeeze me in to a last minute match at 8:30pm. The club itself has 3 fantastic courts and a very lively atmosphere- almost all Spanish people so I knew the level would be good… and I was correct. Great bar area too. Communication is most important for me with any business… and the communication via WhatsApp I received… 10/10! Thank you Green Padel 😁
