The truth is, the change in management at Gastrobar Pádel Comarruga is very noticeable, and for the better. There's a noticeable increase in attention to detail in everything: the food, the service, and the attention to detail. The portions are truly generous, the kind you want to share (or not 😅). The sandwiches are perfectly filled, no airy bread here, and you can tell the ingredients are high-quality and that they put a lot of care into them. And a special mention for the Iberian ham croquettes… some of the best I've ever had. They're creamy, incredibly flavorful, and have bits of ham inside, which gives them that amazing touch. Overall, everything is very homemade and delicious. It's great to find places like this where you can see they've raised the bar. I'll definitely be back.
