Excellent service from all the staff. I'm new here from another city and so far there have been matches scheduled and a great atmosphere. I highly recommend Fran's classes—they're fantastic!

I don't usually leave reviews, neither negative nor positive, but this occasion warrants it. Yesterday I played in a tournament at their facilities for Goliat Pádel's fifth anniversary. The tournament cost 25 euros, and the "welcome pack" included, among other things, a Roly t-shirt of lamentable quality. The first match was on an outdoor court at nine in the morning. It was initially shaded, but when the sun rose a bit, it became quite difficult to see the ball without being blinded. Luckily, the second match was inside; it was the quarterfinals of the fourth category. During one of the points, I received a high lob and decided to smash it. Given my skill level, I didn't even hit the ball, and I heard a mocking sound from outside the court. I approached them after the point and told them that I thought it was fine that they wanted to comment, make remarks, or even use onomatopoeia about what was happening on the court, but that it would be better if I didn't hear it. There were two people there: an adult male and the organizer, Francisco Calvache, who claims they were talking about something else and that the sound he made could have been simply because he was tired and sat down. We all knew what had happened, even though this man chose to cover it up. Instead of simply leaving and going somewhere else (which would have been easy) and letting me play in peace after what happened, they stayed put. It's quite sad that in a tournament of this caliber, this kind of disrespect is covered up and tolerated by the organizers. It speaks volumes about the organization, the Goliat brand itself, and its "ambassador," Francisco Calvache. I think it's fine that they want to criticize, comment on, and make fun of the players' skill level and mistakes, but at least the players shouldn't hear it while they're playing. I should also mention that I didn't smash the paddle over the head of the kid who made the mocking sound because I had to keep playing, out of respect for my teammate and because I didn't have any more paddles, but surely that would have made him reflect more than this comment.
