People seem to think that by paying for a court, they have absolute rights. There are showers there for when you finish playing, and also a place to chat and, why not, stay and watch the next match. Politeness is expected everywhere, and "please" was never asked... There weren't any couples there; it was a group of friends who had been playing padel, showered, and eaten there, also enjoying the subsequent matches. And their children were there too. It's something we do very often, and we've never had a complaint, and we've had plenty of couples come and go... but there's always a bad apple. And the owner's request isn't that you shouldn't go; it's that if you don't understand how it works, you should avoid having a bad experience.

If you're looking for exclusivity and privacy, as advertised in their social media profile, you won't find it there. When we arrived, we thought we had rented the warehouse, so we asked the people there if they could leave. They told us they had been there since 11:00 AM and that the other guests hadn't minded. We explained that we had children with us and that we preferred they leave since the children wanted to use the area where they were sitting. So far, so normal. The problem arose when the owner of the warehouse called. He told us, in a condescending manner, that we had rented the dance floor, not the warehouse, so people could stay there if they wanted. We pointed out that the advertising was misleading because the description mentions privacy and exclusivity. He told us that this wasn't stated (we've attached photos) and that we should please not make any more reservations. He was obviously rude and arrogant. You can't expect anything else from people who deceive their customers. It's also contradictory regarding the use of the facilities because you can't enter until 15 minutes before your court is scheduled… if you book and have the right to be there as long as you want, why can't they let you in earlier? As a tip, you can book for 9 a.m. and stay there for lunch, dinner, breakfast… and if the court is available at any point, you can play for as many hours as you want for the price of one. Take advantage of it because people like that shouldn't be making money at the expense of others ☺️ Absolutely, honey, people think that by paying for an hour on a padel court they have the right to eat lunch and dinner and even go onto the court when it's not their turn. Like in the case of the children. Of course, we politely asked them to get up from their seats, but you shouldn't even have to ask, shouldn't you be the one asking for permission? Because our children wanted to use the table that they hadn't allowed since 11 a.m. They must be friends with the owner, man. And if I want PRIVACY, I'll look for it where it's advertised.

Terrible. The experience was awful. We rented the court expecting privacy and exclusivity (as advertised) so we could take our young children to a safe place while we played padel, but nothing could have been further from the truth. When we arrived, there were already several couples there who said they'd been there since 11:00 AM (we had booked for 5:30 PM). We politely asked them to leave because we needed privacy, especially for our children. To our surprise, at the end of our reservation, the owner called us to ask us to stop renting the court. UNBELIEVABLE!! Very poor management.
