As my friend said, the blonde teacher on Thursday afternoon spoke to us with complete arrogance and rudeness. A truly unpleasant and arrogant person. She spoke to us with disdain for entering a door that said "terrace." If you don't want people going in there, then don't put up a sign that says "terrace" and close the door. Very poor service, and the price is exorbitant for how shabby the facilities are, with dampness, cockroaches, and dirt everywhere. And worse than all of that is this incredibly rude and arrogant woman. I wouldn't recommend anyone go there to play. The service was appalling. Furthermore, if you say it was recorded, I give you permission to publish it here so everyone can see the kind of people you have on your team.

The blonde teacher who works Thursday evenings really needs to get herself checked out. She was berating my friend and me for opening a door that the club itself clearly marked as a "terrace," demanding to know if we were club members and asking what we were doing going through that door, claiming it was a private area, with money and all, when all we wanted was to buy a measly bottle of water since the machine was empty. People can understand each other if they talk, but the arrogance and disdain this creature exudes in her communication should be a case study for students in the surrounding schools, so they know how not to treat, not just a customer, but a person.
