We had a reservation for 9:00 AM, and the person in charge arrived at 9:30 AM. We had booked for 1 hour and 30 minutes, and he wouldn't let us finish at 11:00 AM, which is when we were supposed to. The customer service was terrible. The courts were in bad condition and leaked. I can't reply to your review, so I'm doing it here. It's very unprofessional to open the club late and then give rude answers to people. I had already heard comments about you, and today I was able to confirm them. Furthermore, the information you provided isn't true. We started playing at 9:30 AM and were kicked out at 10:44 AM. You could have at least come and faced the music. You didn't even bother to do that. The service was appalling.

Going to play a padel match at this club for the first time and having the first impression be that the supposed manager calls you annoying when it's already time for your reserved court, continues playing one more point, and then, when that point is over, tells us to play on another court or find another club to play at—personally, I don't think that's the way to treat people. So, I'll take your advice and try not to play at this club again.

I'm giving one star because I can't give -15. We had reserved a court, and when we arrived, we found Pablo Semprún playing a match on the court we were supposed to be on. Upon seeing us waiting, he said, and I quote, "People are so annoying!" Then, rudely and without any manners, he told us to go to another court, emphasizing that he was in charge there and that if we didn't like it, we could go to another club. The personal service was appalling; we won't be back.
