It's a disgrace that there's no one available to address a problem with the vending machine. After inserting €1.80 to buy two items, the machine jammed and the door wouldn't open. We called the number on the machine, and they told us we'd have to speak to the store manager. After waiting a few minutes, no one showed up. When we called Google's customer service line, they told us they'd reimburse us tomorrow. When we told them we wouldn't be there tomorrow, they said they were sorry but couldn't help. After requesting a complaint form (a right they can't deny us, as it's illegal), they again told us we could file it tomorrow. After repeating that we wouldn't be there, they gave us the same answer. It's outrageous that there's no one available to handle something so absurd. They didn't even offer us the option of using Bizum or any other alternative.

It's an industrial building with about five courts. They have courtesy rackets available if you forget yours, as well as a small locker for lost rackets. There are changing rooms, a vending machine, and a display case with various first-aid supplies. Access to the facilities is granted by entering a code at the entrance door, which you receive on your phone when you make the reservation.
