A terrible experience. We've been going to play for several weeks now at 9:30 am, and it's true that the manager is always right on time. But today was completely unbelievable. We waited until 9:45 and called her because no one was there. She told us they never take reservations for the courts in the morning. We had a reservation through the website for 9:30 am, and we've also been there several other days at that time, so that's not true. What she finally told us was that she wasn't going to come. No apology or anything. Honestly, considering there are other courts where the service is much better, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. 🤷🏻

A terrible experience. We booked for several days, and on two occasions, the owner was late opening the facility, wasting our time. But the worst was today, the third day, when he didn't even show up. When we called, he simply said he wasn't coming and offered no solution. We were left to figure out how to play on our own, with no help or responsibility from him. A complete lack of professionalism and commitment. We absolutely do not recommend him.

Terrible experience. We've been going every two weeks since September to play in the mornings, and not a single day has she been late. To top it all off, this week she didn't even show up. After calling her several times, she finally answered, saying she never works mornings, which is a lie (some mornings people arrive for classes starting at 10:00 AM). The problem is the way she treats customers. Ultimately, you have a business, and if you can't work mornings, cancel the reservations through the website and avoid all these problems.
