DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!! It only works as long as there are no issues. I ordered a second premium Nox racket from them (AT10 Genius 18K Buenos Aires edition) and it arrived with many defects. The official Nox store confirmed that this is not acceptable and also a friend of mine with the same racket (ordered from another store) confirms his racket didn’t arrive like this. They say it’s ok and not defective. See the photos for yourself

BE WARNED! I’m really disappointed with this shop. I placed an order and waited several days, only for it to be cancelled at the very last moment - with no explanation at all. No update, no communication, nothing. It’s extremely unprofessional and left me without the item when I needed it. Definitely not the customer experience you’d expect from a sports store. I won’t recommend ordering here as there arenie trustworthy shops around.

Everything was fantastic !!! Delivery to Greece in 5 working days... product brand new (because I have read various reviews in various e-shops) ... overall experience 100%...the ONLY thing that I'm still waiting for an answer is the fact that in the site the travel expenses would have been 20€ ... however I was charged 28€.
