Very nice location, nothing to complain about for the instructors of the clinic lessons, unfortunately I can't say the same for participation in the tournament. Before registering and booking a 5-day package, since I didn't have a playing partner, I asked Simone if it was still possible to participate. I was assured that they would find me a partner to play in the tournament. When I arrived on the day of the tournament, the organization dissolved, with two matches canceled for two pairs of my traveling friends and continuous unjustified postponements of matches. In the end, I didn't play a single match of the tournament, justified by the organizer, due to the no-show of the two opponents (and who saw them?? sic!). I got my tournament registration refunded, but obviously the judgment on the organization, I would say, was not up to its promises. Greater humility and fairness is needed on the part of the organizer, who was almost never present during the tournament. Marco

The instructors and the facility are serious. Unfortunately, the person who manages the contacts, a certain Mr. Simone, didn't honor the agreements with me and the other two kids who went in May. We paid for the taxis that were included in the package; we didn't see the videos, and very few photos. The final surprise: the welcome bonus was missing the tournament jersey included in the package... he keeps telling us he'll send it, but he doesn't, so go ahead and keep it. I recommend you travel independently or look for similar services offered in other cities, because this is a sign of a lack of seriousness.
