A terrible experience. It's incredibly difficult to get a court, and we'd been waiting for ages before finally managing to book. Suddenly, without any warning, they canceled our reservation and assigned it to other people. The excuse they gave us was pretty weak; they said that only one person was registered on Playtomic, while another group had four. That's not true. There were three of us registered, and only one more person was needed to join. Even so, they decided to take our court. It feels like they think the customers are stupid. Very unprofessional and poorly managed.

The way they pulled a fast one on us was pretty underhanded. We'd been reserving a court for months at a somewhat reasonable time, and when we went to speak to the guy there to ask if we could keep that time slot year-round, he pretended to take our request and said he'd "get back to us." And what a coincidence! Starting the following week (and it's been over a month now), that time slot was no longer available for rent. Ironically, it's now always booked. Great management 👏🏻
