Very disappointing... we arrived, they had nothing prepared, and the lights were off. Then they told us parents weren't allowed inside. After arguing with the manager (whose management leaves much to be desired), they finally let all the parents stay downstairs. But to top it all off... they used the decorative plates from my son's party for another birthday... I'm truly never celebrating a birthday there again... and that's not even mentioning the money you spend only to be taken for a ride. The only ones who showed respect, manners, and at least listened to you were the waiters at the restaurant... The rest... absolutely pathetic.

I've mainly used their services for laundry (washer and dryer), and honestly, everything works great. The price is similar to others in the area, and it's usually not very busy. While waiting for the laundry, we visited the bar, which has a good atmosphere overall. However, I do find the prices a bit high, and the service could be much better; you can feel the tension among the staff. The quality of the food and tapas is outstanding, especially the Spanish omelet and the chicken livers—they're really, really good. As for the padel courts or the gym in general, I can't comment on them, but from what I hear, they're quite good.

Good machine, spacious, and generally well-stocked with all kinds of materials. Reasonable prices. I should mention that the short monitor, who is the partner of one of the monitors, is very unpleasant and unfriendly, and only "hounds" a few people to put things away when no one else does.
