We rented a padel court at C.D.M. Aztur on August 2nd from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM. There were six of us, intending to spend a pleasant afternoon playing sports as a family, taking turns using the court, since we weren't eight players (otherwise we would have rented two). When we went to the courts, the staff at the entrance told us that only four people could enter at a time, and that the other two would have to pay for a full-day pass to the swimming pool. We explained that, obviously, we were there to play padel and that it didn't seem logical to pay an additional €9.40 for an hour and a half, during which, we insisted, we weren't going to use the pool. They justify this by saying that the padel court rules and the email we received confirming the reservation state that only 4 people are allowed inside the municipal center (images are attached below showing what this supposed rule says). The rules state that court use is limited to 4 people, not entry to the municipal facility. And the email states that it will not be necessary to pay the pool entrance fee to use the padel court (without mentioning the number of people allowed). One of the staff members at the entrance called the club to confirm the information we were being given, and they confirmed it. It got to the point where 2 people had to stay outside the facility and take turns every 30 minutes with 2 people inside, so that everyone could play. We request that if this is the case, it be clearly stated in the regulations. As I said, we came to spend a pleasant afternoon with the family and "thanks" to Zaragoza Padel Club it has been ruined.

Delighted. I've been taking lessons with Zaragoza Padel Club for a year now. Whenever I have a question, the staff at the office are very kind and helpful. Estibaliz and Maria always try to help with any doubts and solve any problems you might have. The instructor who's been teaching me is Chema, a very professional teacher who has taught me a lot. I'm very happy with the whole team, thank you!!
